Workshop & Event Refund / Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to all paid workshops, live trainings, and events hosted by Lukas Labs AI & Automations.

1. General Policy

Seats for our workshops are intentionally limited so we can keep sessions small, interactive, and valuable.
Because each paid reservation holds a seat that someone else could have used, we treat bookings as a commitment.

  • No refunds after the event has started, except as described below.

  • You may be eligible for a refund or voucher if you cancel before the event.


2. Cancellations by You

All times below are based on the scheduled start time of the event.

a) More than 48 hours before the event

If you cancel more than 48 hours before the workshop starts:

  • You may choose either:

    • A full refund to your original payment method, or

    • A 100% credit voucher for a future workshop of equal or lesser value

b) 48 to 2 hours before the event

If you cancel between 48 and 2 hours before the workshop:

  • No cash refunds

  • You will receive a 100% credit voucher for a future workshop of equal or lesser value

c) Less than 2 hours before / No-shows

If you:

  • Cancel less than 2 hours before the start time, or

  • Do not attend the workshop and did not cancel (“no-show”)

then:

  • No automatic refunds are provided

  • No automatic credit is issued, because your paid reservation held a seat that could not be offered to someone else

However, for paid workshops:

  • If you email us at ai@lukaslabs.ai within 7 days of the missed event, we may, at our discretion, issue a one-time credit voucher for a future session.

  • No cash refunds will be given in these cases—only vouchers.

This lets you recover the value of your purchase without encouraging people to treat limited seats as disposable.


3. How to Cancel or Request a Voucher

To cancel or request a voucher:

  1. Email ai@lukaslabs.ai

  2. Include:

    • Your name

    • The email used at checkout

    • Workshop title and date

    • Whether you are requesting a refund (if eligible) or voucher

The timestamp of your email will be used to determine which cancellation window applies.


4. Transfers to Another Person

If you can’t attend but someone else can:

  • You may transfer your seat to another person up to 2 hours before the event start time.

  • Just email ai@lukaslabs.ai with:

    • Your name

    • The event details

    • The new attendee’s name and email

No extra fees, and it prevents the seat from going to waste.


5. Cancellations or Changes by Us

If we need to cancel a workshop:

  • You may choose either:

    • A full refund, or

    • A 100% credit voucher for another date/session

If we reschedule a workshop:

  • Your booking will be moved to the new date/time

  • If you cannot attend the new time, you may request:

    • A full refund, or

    • A voucher for a future workshop


6. Digital Materials & Recordings

If a workshop includes digital materials, templates, or recordings:

  • Access to those materials may be part of your purchase.

  • If you have already received substantial value (e.g., attended and received resources), no refunds will be issued, but we may still offer credit vouchers in line with the policies above.


7. Local Laws & Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law in your region. Where required, we will comply with those laws even if they differ from the terms above.
