Applies to: All workshops, trainings, webinars, demos, and digital products offered by Lukas Labs LLC (including ChatGPT Easy).
1. General Cancellation Rules
Seats for our workshops and live trainings are limited.
When you reserve a seat, it removes availability for other attendees — so cancellations must follow the rules below.
Cancellation timelines are based on the scheduled start time of the event.
2. Canceling a Workshop or Event Booking
All cancellations must be initiated through your Shopify order page:

Open your order confirmation email

Click “View your order”

Select “Request cancellation”
Once your request is submitted:

We will review and process it according to the policy below

You will receive a confirmation email when it is approved
Shopify handles the refund transaction, and our system automatically issues store credits/vouchers when applicable.
3. Eligibility for Refunds or Credits
a) More than 48 hours before the event
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the workshop begins:

You may choose:

A full refund, OR
-
A store credit equal to the amount you paid

b) 48 to 2 hours before the event
If you cancel between 48 and 2 hours before the event:

Refunds are not available

You will receive store credit equal to the amount you paid
c) Less than 2 hours before the event / No-shows
If you cancel within 2 hours of the start time, or do not attend:

No automatic refund or credit is provided

You may request a one-time goodwill credit, issued at our discretion

Cash refunds are not issued in these cases
This policy prevents seat hoarding in small-format workshops.
4. How Store Credit Works
If you are issued store credit:

You will receive a voucher code equal to the amount you originally paid

Vouchers are valid for 12 months

Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes
-
Voucher credit can be applied toward any future workshop or digital product
-
If the new workshop costs more, you simply pay the difference
Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Transfers to Another Attendee
If you can’t attend, you may transfer your seat to someone else up to 2 hours before the event.

There is no fee for transfers.
6. Cancellations by Lukas Labs LLC
If we must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances:

You may choose between:

A full refund, OR
-
A full store credit
-

You will be notified via email as soon as possible
If an event is rescheduled and you cannot attend, you may request a refund or credit.
7. Digital Products and Downloads
All digital products — including templates, workflows, scripts, downloads, or replays — are non-refundable once delivered.
If you have trouble accessing your purchase, contact support.
